The only location that meets these criteria is Mickey's Secret Room in the Dream Castle. She thinks that the Board is "in a building, but not in anybody's house." If you talk to Belle, you will learn that she remembers the Board being used to discuss mysteries in the Valley. Inspect the Fishing Hat in your inventory to unlock the second piece of the Memory, which shows a bulletin board in a stone-walled room. Use your Royal Fishing Rod in this spot to catch the Fishing Hat. There will be a spot with glowing gold bubbles in the lake to the right of the stone bridge. It can be found in the Glade of Trust, in the lake below the waterfall. If that is your attitude, then don't put out a menu with seafood. The lost object is a Fishing Hat. The owner's only comment was, "are you here to eat or drink?" Ok. Our food came and it was edible at best, but it was 3 hours after we sat down and we had missed most of our friend's show. We politely mentioned that we had been waiting a while for our food and he had the nerve to say, "at least you are waiting in the parking lot of the outback." The owners wife stopped a little later and said, "our food is in the window and it is coming right out." 20 more minutes passed and one of us went inside (we were on the deck) to cancel our order and they said again, it was in the window. In that time, the owner stopped at our table and asked how we were doing. To make it worse, we saw our waiter only once or twice during that period. We got our salads in somewhat reasonable time, but it was an hour and a half until we saw more food. To start, we were seated and it was 20 minutes before we could place a drink order and once we did, it was 20 more before we saw anybody again. Recently visited to see a friend's band, so I didn't care much about quality of food/service, but I was surprised by how awful the experience was. This is one of a few choices on the lake and you should probably rank it last. They were rude and not in the least bit interested in making it right. We went to the owners first and it was a waste of time. And for the poster that said not to bring complaints to the Internet. I wouldn't even wish this place on my enemy. No one at our table will be going back or recommending this place to our friends. All in all, it was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had in my life. Frankly, had we been at outback, our service would have been good, the food would have been better, and our experience would have been so much more pleasant. One actually told us that if were at outback we would still be sitting in the parking lot. The owners were another issue altogether. Our drinks were coming out very slow and often not cold like a good beer on a 90 degree day should be. Considering 5 of our 9 had worked in the service industry at one time or another, this was a glaring red mark. He seemed disorganized and did not seem at all interested in providing even passable service. The waiter was a bit clueless as well as slow and he had an excuse for everything. The crabcakes were dry and it was said to be some of the worst by a member of our party. The ribs were sub par as well, bland but for the bottled tasting BBQ sauce. You could tell that it had been setting for awhile. The antipasta salad was mediocre and the lettuce was a bit wilted. We should have got up and walked then, but when I went to have them cancel our orders it was just coming up in the window. The table behind us, which was larger, came in less than an hour before we got our food and they received their dinner order before us. To start, we were there and had ordered our dinner, but it took nearly two hours for our meal to come out. Not bad, but it was just the beginning to what eventually became one of my worst dining experiences ever. It took about 15 minutes to get our first round of drinks. The evening started well enough considering how busy they seemed. We were there as a party of 9 and sat outside.
